THOC announced the position of General Director – Responsibilities and required qualifications

The Cyprus Theatre Organisation (THOC) is currently accepting applications for the position of General Director under a five-year private law contract. Interested candidates must submit their applications along with all required documentation by the deadline of March 6, 2026. The salary for this role follows the A15 and A16 scales, ranging from approximately €66,000 to €86,000 plus standard cost-of-living adjustments. Key responsibilities include the effective organization and supervision of the organization's activities and the implementation of its artistic policy. The General Director will also be tasked with managing budgets, coordinating personnel matters, and overseeing the preparation of theatrical productions. Additionally, the role involves advising the Board of Directors on administrative and artistic issues and participating in board meetings without voting rights.
