The fall resulted in a cracked rib, which is causing him unbearable pain and requires complete bed rest for recovery. The famous chef is currently on his fifth day at home and expressed how difficult the recovery process is due to boredom. He reached out to his followers for tips on how to speed up the bone-healing process. He humorously noted that, given his age, he would technically need 42 days to fully recover.
