Activation of the 'Where do I vote' service for upcoming elections

The Chief Electoral Officer of Cyprus has activated the 'Where do I vote' service, allowing citizens to identify their designated polling station. Voters can access this information via the official website at wtv.elections.moi.gov.cy or elections.gov.cy by entering their ID number and date of birth. Alternatively, citizens can send an SMS to 1199 in the format 'wtv [ID] [date of birth]'. Telephone support is available through a nationwide number (77 77 22 12) and specific district lines for Nicosia, Limassol, Famagusta, Larnaca, and Paphos, as well as the Ministry of Interior. The service operates on working days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with full availability on election day. Usage fees apply: SMS messages cost €0.04 each, while calls to the national number cost €0.081 per minute from landlines and €0.1050 per minute from mobile phones.
