Police issue arrest warrant for driver involved in highway incident

On Wednesday, May 6, 2026, a road collision occurred between the Rizoelia and Kalo Chorio roundabouts in Larnaca, Cyprus. When a police patrol arrived, the second driver attempted to flee, causing the 65-year-old to end up on the vehicle's windshield while it was in motion. The victim subsequently fell onto the road, sustaining minor injuries including bruises and abrasions. The suspect driver fled the scene immediately after the incident.
