Apollon Limassol recently featured academy players Roberto Roti and Panos Charalambous in the starting lineup during their match against AEK. The club stated this decision reflects the ongoing development work within their youth sector. Additionally, players Christos Papadopoulos, Theofanis Arestis, Christodoulos Marneros, Ioannis Polyviou, Chrysostomos Ioakim, and Anninos Nikolaou are currently training regularly with the first team to gain professional experience. The club also noted the success of their U14 and U15 teams, which recently won their respective championships. These developments align with a strategic plan for long-term player growth recently outlined by club president Nicos Kirzis. The club intends to integrate more youth players into the first team over the coming years.
