US government releases declassified documents regarding unidentified aerial phenomena
The United States government has begun releasing a series of declassified documents, photographs, and audio recordings related to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). These files include military pilot reports dating back to the 1940s and logs from the Apollo 12 and 17 missions. During the Apollo 12 mission, astronauts Alan L. Bean and others reported seeing unexplained lights and particles while in lunar orbit. A specific 2024 report submitted by US Central Command to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) contains 65 seconds of sensor data depicting a diamond-shaped object moving at 434 knots. While some reports mention sightings in Greek airspace, the specific locations remain undisclosed. These revelations follow a meeting at the White House involving Representative Tim Burchett regarding government transparency. Currently, the Pentagon has not released all 46 videos requested by Congress, with the government stating this is only the first batch of expected disclosures.
