TOM: Risk of electrocution, injury, and vehicle fire

The Department of Road Transport of Cyprus warns of potential hazards, including electric shock, injuries, and fire, associated with specific vehicles and components. These hazards were identified through the EU's Safety Gate system. Affected models include Renault Trucks, Ford Otosan trucks, Toyota Proace vehicles, ALCAR Dezent rims, Michelin tires, Suzuki motorcycles, and Ford Ranger/Transit Custom vehicles. The Department urges manufacturers, distributors, and sellers to take recall measures if these products are available in Cyprus. Consumers who own these vehicles or components should contact the manufacturer or return the parts to the point of purchase.
