Two men arrested in Larnaca for possession of stolen property

Nicosia Criminal Investigation Department (TAE) officers conducted a coordinated operation in the Larnaca district yesterday. During a search of a property owned by a 65-year-old man, police discovered a vehicle that had been previously reported stolen. Further investigation of the premises led to the seizure of various items, including an electric bicycle, generators, batteries, cables, landscaping machinery, and assorted tools. Both the 65-year-old property owner and a 35-year-old man found on the premises at the time of the search were arrested. Following their appearance in court today, the 65-year-old suspect was remanded in custody for five days. The 35-year-old suspect was remanded in custody for two days. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the origin of the recovered property.
