Ukraine: Announced strikes on Russian missile installation infrastructure

The Ukrainian army announced successful strikes on a Russian medium-range missile launch facility infrastructure in January. Damage was inflicted on buildings and a hangar at the Kapustin Yar test site near the Caspian Sea, leading to personnel evacuation. Long-range capabilities, including the Ukrainian-made Flamingo missile, were used in the attacks. Furthermore, Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced the deactivation of Starlink terminals used by Russian forces in Ukraine. Ukraine will maintain a verified list of approved terminals for operations, with the first batch already operational.
