Roma considers summer move for Christos Tzolis
AS Roma has renewed its interest in signing Greek winger Christos Tzolis, who currently plays for Club Brugge. The 24-year-old forward has recorded 19 goals and 22 assists across 48 matches this season, with 14 goals and 16 assists coming in the league. Reports suggest Tzolis has been proposed to Roma as a potential transfer target for the summer window. While Italian media outlets value the player at approximately 30 million euros, Club Brugge is reportedly setting an asking price of 40 million euros. Roma manager Gian Piero Gasperini, who previously expressed interest in the player last summer, is looking to strengthen his attacking line. The club is also evaluating other options, including Crysencio Summerville from West Ham and Ailaibegovic from Bayer Leverkusen. Financial constraints may pose a challenge for Roma, despite their stated desire to support the manager's recruitment plans. Tzolis joined Club Brugge in 2024 from Fortuna Dusseldorf for 6.5 million euros, and the club previously rejected a 32 million euro offer from Crystal Palace in January.
