Greek appeals court orders extradition of 29-year-old to Cyprus

The Thessaloniki Appeals Court has ruled that a 29-year-old Greek national must be extradited to Cyprus. The suspect faces charges of rape and sexual abuse involving a 14-year-old girl. According to legal documents, the alleged offenses occurred in Ayia Napa in July 2022. The man was arrested in March following the issuance of a European arrest warrant by Cypriot authorities.
