XM Group co-CEO participates in Great Place To Work summit in Las Vegas

The XM Group of Companies participated in the Great Place To Work For All Summit held in Las Vegas. The company was represented by Dr. Stavri Morti, co-CEO of the Group. Dr. Morti took part in a fireside chat during the event, which was attended by over 2,000 professionals. Her discussion covered her professional experience as a woman in the FinTech industry, leadership strategies, and the growth trajectory of XM. Other participants included representatives from major international organizations such as Delta Air Lines, Hilton, Accenture, and Synchrony. The summit focused on leveraging corporate culture as a tool for enhancing business performance. XM was identified as the sole Cypriot company in attendance at the event.
