Altia to participate in the REALTYon Expo 2026 in Limassol

The real estate company Altia has announced its participation in the upcoming REALTYon Expo 2026. The event is scheduled to take place on May 7 and 8, 2026, at the City of Dreams Mediterranean in Limassol, Cyprus. Altia will occupy booth 21 to showcase its portfolio, which includes residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as land across Cyprus. This marks the company's second consecutive year at the event. Additionally, Dimitris Tsiakkis, Head of Business Development and Strategy at Altia, will serve as a moderator for the discussion titled “Stability, Relocation & New Demand: Why Cyprus Is Attracting International Buyers.” The panel will analyze regional developments, migration trends, and international demand affecting the Cypriot property market.
