Ministry of defense reopens e-Katataxi platform for 2026 conscripts

The Cyprus Ministry of Defense announced the reopening of the 'e-Katataxi' digital platform for a 48-hour period. The platform will be active from 07:00 on May 7, 2026, until midnight on May 8, 2026. This measure is intended for 2026 conscripts who have not yet submitted their choice details due to issues with profile identification. Individuals who have already received a formal induction notice from recruitment offices are also required to submit their details via the portal. Those unable to verify their profiles online can visit Citizens Service Centers (KEP) for assistance without a prior appointment. Submissions must be made through the government portal gov.cy under the 'Conscription' section.
