Stelios Philanthropic Foundation announces 16th annual business awards for Cyprus

The 16th annual Stelios Bi-Communal Awards for Business Co-operation in Cyprus have been announced by the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation, led by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou. A total of 78 Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot entrepreneurs, organized into 39 joint teams, are competing for a prize pool of €500,000. The awards aim to foster peace and business collaboration across the island. The prize money will be distributed among nine winning teams. The top gold prize team will receive €150,000, split as €75,000 for each partner. Two silver prize teams will receive a total of €200,000, with each winning team receiving €100,000 to be shared equally between partners. Additionally, six bronze prize teams will receive a total of €150,000, with each team awarded €25,000, divided as €12,500 per partner. The awards ceremony is scheduled for June 8, with the President of the Republic of Cyprus expected to be in attendance.
