Al Ahly interested in Omonia striker Ryan Mmaee

Egyptian club Al Ahly has shown interest in signing Omonia Nicosia's forward Ryan Mmaee for the upcoming summer transfer window. The 27-year-old Moroccan international, who is currently the top scorer of the Cypriot league, has confirmed through his agent, Hayous Kaiongo, that verbal contacts have taken place, although no official bid has been submitted yet. Omonia management, represented by football coordinator Simos Tarapoulouzis, stated that they are currently in discussions with Mmaee to extend his existing contract, which is set to expire in the summer of 2027. While Omonia intends to keep the player to help them compete in the upcoming Champions League, they may consider a formal offer if it is financially significant.
