Kylie Jenner faces lawsuit from former domestic worker

Juana Delgado Soto has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner, her company, house manager Itzel Ciprian, and recruitment firms Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services. Soto, who began working for Jenner in 2019, alleges persistent workplace mistreatment including racial discrimination, harassment, and failure to provide required rest breaks. The plaintiff claims that the situation worsened in 2023 under the supervision of Ciprian, who allegedly mocked Soto's accent and immigration background. After reporting the supervisor to HR in 2024, Soto claims she faced retaliation in the form of reduced pay, excessive workload, and schedule changes, despite Ciprian's brief temporary removal. Additional allegations include being denied bereavement leave following her brother's death and being forced to cancel personal plans for work obligations. The defendants have not yet publicly responded to the specific claims of abuse and workplace violations.
