Cyprus national team joins adidas through UEFA kit assistance scheme

The Cyprus national men's football team will be equipped by adidas for the next two seasons as part of the UEFA Kit Assistance Scheme. This program, which has been operational since 2007, provides custom competition and training apparel to national associations. Cyprus is one of ten national teams participating in this initiative, alongside Andorra, Belarus, the Faroe Islands, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Malta, and San Marino. The kits were developed through collaboration between the manufacturer and the respective federations to reflect their individual football history and culture. Adidas was selected following a competitive tender process that prioritized product quality, cost, and customization capabilities. The national team is scheduled to debut these new uniforms during the upcoming friendly matches in June. The UEFA program aims to ensure federations have access to high-performance equipment.
