Greek professionals association meets with ambassador in Nicosia
On April 28, the Association of Greek Professionals in Cyprus (Selek), which operates under the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Keve), held a meeting with the Ambassador of Greece to the Republic of Cyprus, Konstantinos Kollias. The event took place at the Greek Embassy in Nicosia at the initiative of the association. Selek was represented by its president Constantinos Daltas, vice president Konstantinos Kosmas, treasurer Filippos Markou, and board members Dimitris Kakounis and Gregoris Kamberis. The Chamber of Commerce was represented by secretary general Philokypros Roussounides and department director Stalo Demosthenous. During the meeting, the association presented its mission and strategic priorities, confirming its role as the institutional representative of the Greek professional community in Cyprus. Discussions centered on establishing structured cooperation with the embassy to support business activities. The parties specifically examined the development of professional networks and the strengthening of economic ties between Greece and the Republic of Cyprus. The participants underscored the importance of this institutional connection as a core pillar of their operational strategy.
