Arrest warrant issued for man in Pagrati following assault

A 59-year-old man is currently being sought by authorities following an assault on a 23-year-old woman in the Pagrati neighborhood of Athens. The incident occurred on Aristoxenou Street as the woman attempted to park her vehicle. According to reports, the suspect, who was riding a motorcycle, reacted aggressively to the delay and confronted the victim. He allegedly struck the woman in the face and pushed her to the ground before entering a nearby residential building. The victim was transported to the Erythros Stavros Hospital, where medical staff confirmed she sustained a fracture of the lateral malleolus. A formal complaint was filed with the police shortly after the incident. The prosecutor handling the case has filed charges of severe intentional bodily harm, which is classified as a felony.
