Cyprus reopens applications for the Rent for Installment scheme

The Cyprus Ministry of Finance has announced that the Rent for Installment scheme will accept new applications from Monday, May 4, 2026, until Friday, July 31, 2026. This reopening follows a prior announcement by Minister of Finance Makis Keravnos. Interested parties can access application forms online via the KEDIPES website. Hard-copy applications must be submitted in person at specific KEDIPES provincial offices. These offices are located in Nicosia (Gregori Afxentiou 7), Limassol (Gladstonos 97), Larnaca (Giorgou Christodoulidi 5), Paphos (Kinyra 7 & Korivou corner), and Paralimni (Griva Digeni 4).
