Financial reports for KEO and Petrolina for the fiscal year 2025
KEO reported a profit increase to 13.5 million euros in 2025, compared to 11 million euros in 2024. The board of directors approved an interim dividend of 3.8 million euros, equating to 0.09 euros per share. KEO's annual turnover decreased by 1.1% to 74.4 million euros, down from 75.3 million euros in 2024, which the company attributed to a non-recurring product sale in the first half of 2024. Operating profits for KEO stood at 8.8 million euros in 2025, compared to 9.3 million euros in the previous year. Despite competitive market conditions, KEO maintained its market share. Meanwhile, Petrolina reported profits of 8.3 million euros for 2025. Petrolina has announced plans to distribute dividends to its shareholders. Furthermore, Petrolina intends to prioritize investments in new infrastructure projects moving forward.
