New 93-meter office tower planned for Limassol
The shipping company Interorient Shipmanagement has announced plans for a new 93-meter, 24-story office tower in the Tsiflikoudia area of Limassol, located near the new port. The project, estimated at 50 million euros, involves the demolition of the company's existing offices at the site. The building will feature a modern neo-modernist design with bioclimatic elements, including solar panels intended to cover up to 25% of energy needs. Spanning over 10,000 square meters, the facility will accommodate approximately 600 employees. Amenities for staff include a gym, a cafeteria, and three underground levels of parking. Construction is expected to take 34 months once all necessary permits are secured. This development is part of an ongoing trend toward establishing a high-rise business district along the Limassol coastline.
