The Allwyn Women's First Division volleyball championship officially concluded on April 28, 2026, with a rescheduled match between AEK Larnaca and Olympiada Neapoleos at the Kition Athletic Center. The game was originally slated for November 15, 2025, but was delayed due to an appeal by the league champions, Olympiada Neapoleos, which was subsequently rejected by the ADEA. Olympiada Neapoleos won the match in three sets with scores of 25-19, 25-22, and 27-25, completing the game in 75 minutes.
