BYD has announced the opening of a new authorized service center and spare parts hub in Cyprus, designed to support its electric and Super Hybrid DM-i vehicle models. The new facility features advanced diagnostic equipment, wheel alignment, and ADAS calibration systems, staffed by technicians trained abroad. In a separate development, Toyota Cyprus inaugurated a new central service facility for Toyota and Lexus in Nicosia on April 21. This event was attended by Nicosia Mayor Charalambos Prountzos and Toyota Motor Europe executive Dr. Till Conrad, marking the 60th anniversary of Toyota in the country. Managing Director Dickran Ouzounian emphasized that the new investment aims to upgrade aftersales services and reinforce the company's commitment to quality. Both investments reflect a broader trend of automotive companies upgrading their technical support infrastructure in the region to accommodate modern vehicle technologies.
