Eurovision 2026 preparations and stage design unveiled in Vienna

The 70th Eurovision Song Contest will take place at the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna, with event organizers officially unveiling the stage design and lighting on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. The stage features a square design with an extended walkway, as captured in footage shared by Ogae Greece. Parthena Chorozidou is confirmed to join Akyla on stage during the performance. The competition includes two semi-finals scheduled for May 12 and May 14, followed by the grand final on Saturday, May 16. A total of 34 countries are participating in the event. The running order for the semi-finals has been finalized, with various nations assigned to specific performance slots in both the first and second semi-final shows.
