Cypriot startup MyStudentFlat partners with Uniplaces
The Cypriot student housing platform MyStudentFlat has entered into a strategic partnership with the international company Uniplaces. Based in Portugal and active since 2012, Uniplaces manages over 40,000 apartments across several European countries. Through this agreement, MyStudentFlat's property listings will be integrated into the Uniplaces platform, granting the international firm a presence in Greece and Cyprus. Conversely, MyStudentFlat will gain access to the Uniplaces portfolio, expanding housing options for Greek and Cypriot students studying abroad. In addition to this partnership, MyStudentFlat recently placed first among 144 companies in the 6th StartUp Bootcamp organized by NBG Seeds, a division of the National Bank of Greece. The startup is also currently participating in the KPMG StartUp Innovation Lab program in Cyprus. These developments follow the company's established goal of digitizing and streamlining the student housing rental process.
