Athens aims to maintain communication channels with Tripoli to secure influence in Libya despite the strong presence of Turkey. Although the Turkey-Libya memorandum remains a significant obstacle, both sides have agreed to restart technical committees for the delimitation of the Exclusive Economic Zone.
