Fifth annual memorial held for Vassos Lyssarides in Nicosia

The fifth annual memorial service for Vassos Lyssarides, founder and former leader of the EDEK party, took place on April 26, 2026, at the Holy Church of Agioi Omologites in Nicosia. Former Minister of Defense Koullis Mavronikolas delivered the memorial speech. President of the Republic Nikos Christodoulides attended the event and spoke to the media following the service.
