Two separate fire incidents reported in Paphos

On Saturday, April 25, two distinct fire incidents occurred in the Paphos district. The first incident took place at 19:14 in an outdoor storage area within the Ayia Varvara industrial zone, where hotel supplies stored on wooden pallets caught fire. Two fire engines were dispatched to the scene, and police are currently investigating the cause, which remains unknown. A second incident occurred at approximately 2:00 am, involving two vehicles parked in the Tombs of the Kings area. The fire damaged the interior of a vehicle owned by a 65-year-old man and the front section of another vehicle owned by a 46-year-old man. Local authorities, specifically the Paphos CID, are investigating the vehicle fire, with some reports suggesting potential arson.
