Phanos N. Epiphaniou Ltd inaugurates new facilities in Strovolos

Phanos N. Epiphaniou Ltd has officially inaugurated its new business premises located on Meteoron Street in Strovolos, Cyprus. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the President of the House of Representatives, Annita Demetriou, alongside members of parliament and local government officials. The new facility houses the group's building materials store in Nicosia as well as its subsidiary, Hydrotherm. This project involved a total investment of approximately 4 million euros, covering the acquisition of land and an existing structure, which underwent a comprehensive renovation. The upgrade is intended to modernize operations and enhance service capacity within the company's various sectors, including steel products, HVAC systems, and renewable energy solutions. A key strategic focus of this expansion is the company's growth in the dry construction and gypsum board market through partnerships with international groups like FIBRAN GYPS.
