Icpac hosts financial literacy event in Larnaca

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) is organizing a financial literacy event in Larnaca on Saturday, April 25. The event will take place from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Youth Makerspace Larnaka in Salina Park. Admission is free for all members of the public. This initiative is held under the framework of the Republic of Cyprus's Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The program targets participants of all ages, including primary school students, secondary school students, university students, and adults. Through interactive workshops and simulations, the session aims to teach personal and family financial management. Key topics include saving principles, the function of loans and investments, and the importance of budgeting. ICPAC, which has operated for 65 years, stated that this event serves to promote financial awareness and responsible economic behavior.
