Construction update on the Limassol Blu Marine project in Cyprus

Leptos Group has announced progress on the Limassol Blu Marine seafront development in Cyprus. The project's first tower, named Poseidon, is nearing completion. Simultaneously, the Cavalli Tower has reached the 14th floor of construction. A significant infrastructure development includes the opening of the Aktaia Odos pedestrian footpath situated between the complex and the beach. This path provides direct walking and bicycle access connecting the development to the Limassol Marina and the city's historic Old Town. The project is positioned as a luxury residential and investment development. Construction continues along the coastline with the aim of integrating the site into the city's existing waterfront infrastructure.
