Karmiotissa Pano Polemidion secures promotion to the first division

Karmiotissa Pano Polemidion has officially secured promotion to the Cypriot first division following a successful campaign in the second phase of the season. After finishing the first phase in sixth place, the team improved their performance in late January to overcome a three-point deficit. The club management has confirmed that head coach Alexis Garpozis will remain in charge for the upcoming season. Discussions regarding the current roster and potential new signings are scheduled to follow. The team is currently negotiating to use the Tsirion Stadium as their home ground in Limassol for the new season. Club board member Pavlos Mikhail stated that they are seeking financial assistance from the Cyprus Sports Organization (KOA) and the Cyprus Football Association (KOP) to address the high rental costs of the venue. The promotion has been dedicated to the late Stavros Demosthenous and his family.
