The 36-year-old alleged that the medical team responsible for his care in his final weeks engaged in a complete and terrible manipulation of the family. She expressed deep regret for trusting three of the seven medical professionals currently facing charges for potential fatal negligence. The accused, which include a doctor, a psychiatrist, a psychologist, and nurses, are being tried for their roles in the events surrounding the 60-year-old football legend's passing. Diego Maradona died in 2020 from acute pulmonary edema and heart failure. At the time of his death, he was recuperating alone in a rented residence following a successful neurosurgical procedure. The court is currently examining whether medical negligence contributed to his death.
