Cyprus-Greece ferry service bookings to open for the 2026 season
Bookings for the passenger ferry connection between Limassol and Piraeus for the 2026 season will officially open on April 22 at 10:00. This year, the vessel AF Marina replaces the previously used ship, Daleela. According to Kyriakos Aliouris from the Deputy Ministry of Shipping, the new ship features a capacity of 310 berths, 84 aircraft-style seats, two cabins for passengers with disabilities, and eight pet-friendly cabins. On-board amenities include a restaurant, cafeteria, medical office, and casino. Ticket prices will remain unchanged from previous years. Furthermore, the Ministry has secured an exemption from port fees for infants up to two years old in collaboration with the terminal operator TPW. Officials state that passenger occupancy during peak periods, from mid-July to late August, consistently exceeds 80 percent. The Ministry also acknowledged reports from the Audit Office regarding past operational issues but stated that they disagree with those findings, relying instead on their own internal performance statistics.
