Authorities confirmed that the group recruited both professional escorts and young women through networking in nightclubs. The investigation revealed a client list comprised of wealthy businessmen and a significant number of Serie A football players. These athletes were identified as being either based in Lombardy or visiting Milan for matches. Police have seized illicit profits generated by the operation.
