Netanyahu states conflict with Iran is ongoing
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that Israel has not finished its operations regarding Iran, emphasizing that Israeli pilots maintain control over Iranian airspace. During a ceremony for Israel's Memorial Day, Netanyahu reaffirmed the government's stance on the October 7 Hamas attacks, describing them as a massacre despite internal political disagreements on the terminology. He stated that the Israel Defense Forces have consistently targeted those seeking the destruction of the country. In a separate meeting with Argentinian President Javier Milei in Jerusalem, Netanyahu discussed the ongoing struggle against what he termed the tyranny of Iran. He alleged that Iran seeks to destroy the United States and Western civilization. The Prime Minister noted that Israel remains vigilant regarding potential changes to existing ceasefire agreements. He maintained that while significant military objectives have been achieved, the situation remains fluid and subject to further developments.
