Victim robbed of 8,000 euros in London nightclub after being drugged
A man was drugged at a nightclub in Clapham, London, after being offered an electronic cigarette containing the synthetic cannabinoid known as spice. Two unidentified men approached the victim and initiated a conversation before providing the laced device. The victim was found incapacitated at approximately 3:00 a.m. and was subsequently transported to a hospital, where clinical tests confirmed the presence of the drug in his system. While the victim was unconscious, the perpetrators used his mobile phone's Face ID recognition to bypass security and access his banking application. They successfully transferred approximately 8,000 euros from his account. Medical reports indicate that spice can cause severe side effects, including seizures and cardiac arrest. Local authorities are currently investigating the incident as part of a rising trend of criminal activity in nightlife venues. No arrests have been made in connection with the case at this time.
