Agios Nikolaos Lyceum wins national art competition

Students of the Agios Nikolaos Lyceum secured first place in the 15th Pancyprian Student Visual Arts Competition in the group relief category. The project was developed through a collaboration with Katerina Chatzimichail, a third-year fine arts student at the Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK). The creative process involved visits to the Limassol Art Gallery for inspiration and practical sessions at the university's ceramic workshops. The final installation consists of 70 ceramic tiles created by the students under the guidance of Chatzimichail. This educational initiative combined classroom preparation with experiential learning and external artistic guidance. The resulting artwork has been installed at the school premises. Both the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts and the school administration officially acknowledged the success of this project.
