Ministry of Education announces electronic registration confirmation for 2026-2027

The Cypriot Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth has announced that registration confirmation for the 2026-2027 academic year will take place from April 21 to April 24, 2026. This procedure is mandatory for students entering grades C through St of public primary schools. It also applies to children aged 4 years and 4 months to 6 years attending public kindergartens, and children aged 4 years and 4 months to 4 years and 8 months attending community kindergartens. Parents must access the official portal at https://engrafes.moec.gov.cy/ to complete the process. Users must provide identification details such as an ID, passport, or ARC number, along with a valid mobile phone number to receive a temporary OTP code via SMS. Once the registration is successfully confirmed, parents will receive a notification via SMS and, if provided, via email. A user manual is available on the Ministry's main website to assist with the process. Separate procedures for students in grades A and B will be announced by the Ministry at a later date via the eDEA portal.
