APOEL wins the Allwyn water polo championship

On April 19, 2026, APOEL secured its sixth water polo championship title in history and its fourth consecutive win. The team defeated the Nautical Club of Ammochostos with a score of 24-6 in the final 14th round of the Allwyn league. This victory marks the 227th group title in APOEL's history. Solon Nikolaou led the scoring for APOEL with six goals, while Mylonas and Sofokleous each scored two for Ammochostos. In other matches, the Nautical Club of Larnaka and the Nautical Club of Limassol drew 13-13, and the Nautical Club of Nicosia defeated the Nautical Club of Mesa Geitonia 15-10.
