Film Next Life to premiere at Tribeca Film Festival

The romantic sci-fi drama Next Life, directed by Drake Doremus, has been selected for a world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. The film was produced with the participation of Cypriot producer Gleb Fetisov via his Limassol-based company, Fetisoff Illusion. The cast features Emilia Clarke, Edgar Ramírez, and Jack Farthing. The plot centers on a woman who encounters a jazz musician on a train, resulting in two parallel realities where she either pursues a new romance or returns to her former fiancé. Set against the London underground jazz scene, the film explores themes of authenticity in love and life. The project includes a dedicated original jazz soundtrack, with Emilia Clarke performing both solos and duets. Doremus wrote the screenplay in addition to his directing duties.
