APOEL futsal team donates ticket proceeds to club's financial support platform

The APOEL futsal team officially deposited 12,000 euros into the club's financial support platform on April 23, 2026. These funds were derived from the net proceeds of a recent futsal match held at the Lefkotheo arena against Omonia, which APOEL won to advance to the league final. Meanwhile, the Cyprus Football Association announced that the first league final match between AEL and APOEL, originally scheduled for April 23, has been rescheduled to April 30. This change was requested by local police due to security commitments related to an informal European Union summit being held in Cyprus on April 23 and 24. The revised schedule for the first three matches of the final series is set for April 30, May 4, and May 7, with all games to be broadcast on Cytavision. Separately, in a different development, a supporter contributed 1,400 euros to the club's platform following the football team's recent loss to Apollon.
