APOEL Futsal derby against Omonia results in a record donation to the club's support fund

The APOEL futsal department is hosting a match against Omonia tomorrow, Monday, at 20:00 at the Lefkotheo arena. Tickets for the event have sold out. The club announced that all net proceeds from the match will be donated to the official APOEL financial support platform. The donation is estimated to be between 12,000 and 13,000 euros, which will set a new record for the highest individual contribution to the platform, surpassing the previous record of 11,000 euros from the family of Ouranios Ioannidis. The payment is expected to be processed on Monday or by Tuesday morning. Due to police security measures, entry is strictly limited to ticket holders, with the exception of children who require identification for free entry. Fans have been advised to arrive early to ensure smooth entry into the venue.
