Neolea and Heatwave host fitness event in Manhattan

On a Saturday in Manhattan's Financial District, the fitness brands Neolea and Heatwave collaborated to host an event titled Neolea x Heatwave: Sweat & Connect. The event featured a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session led by Heatwave founder Connie Christofi. Christofi, who holds Level 2 and 3 personal training qualifications and a Boxercise certification, designed the session to focus on community building and fitness. The class was inspired by her past professional experiences in London, including her work at One Shot Boxing and classes at Fabletics on Regent Street. The event aimed to combine high-performance exercise with social networking for participants. Christofi noted that she plans to host more intimate events of this nature in the future to better connect with her audience. The gathering took place in the heart of the FiDi area as part of an effort to introduce the Neolea Network to the New York City fitness scene.
