Journalist claims evidence of Sandy's flight to Germany

Journalist Stelios Orfanidis has published a new report via the website documento.gr concerning a woman referred to as "Sandy." Orfanidis claims that Sandy fled to Germany to escape violence, specifically noting an arrival on March 11, 2021, at 11:50 CET, supported by an audio message he alleges she sent. He disputes the findings of the Cypriot police, who maintain that she never traveled to Germany. Furthermore, the journalist alleges that there is an ongoing cover-up of the case, involving targeted leaks to the media intended to discredit Sandy. Orfanidis also reports that Signal message dialogues between him and Sandy, dating before January 21, 2020, were deleted between April 3 and April 8, 2026. He argues that this destroyed evidence could have proven Sandy’s need for escape due to threats against her life. While authorities suggest Sandy fabricated the messages, Orfanidis asserts that she possesses sensitive information, such as mobile numbers and family details of influential figures, which he claims would be inaccessible to someone merely creating fictional narratives.
