Cyprus University of Technology awarded Gold status by Investors in People

The Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK) has received the Gold accreditation from the international standard Investors in People (IiP). This award represents an upgrade from the university's previous Silver status. The accreditation acknowledges organizations that demonstrate high standards in human resources management, leadership, organizational culture, and employee development. Assessors noted that the university effectively implements its policies across all operational levels. Specific praise was directed at the institution's projects in digital governance, technology, equality, and inclusion. University Rector, Professor Panagiotis Zaphiris, stated that this progress reflects the collective commitment of the academic community to excellence. The evaluation confirms that the university's strategic goals are being realized through its current operational practices.
