Police appeal for information on two missing teenagers in Nicosia

Cypriot authorities have issued appeals for information regarding two separate missing person cases in the Nicosia district. The first individual is 17-year-old Ayshe Redzep Ahmed, also known as Anna, who has been missing from her residence in Aglantzia since April 19, 2026. She is described as being of robust build, 1.60 meters tall, with long brown hair, and was last seen wearing a pink tracksuit, a black cardigan, and a white shirt with 'LOS ANGELES 94' printed in black. The second individual is 17-year-old Vasilis Irakli, who has been missing from his residence in Nicosia since April 15, 2026. He is described as being of thin build, 1.80 meters tall, with short black hair. Reports indicate that Vasilis had previously gone missing and was subsequently found before his current disappearance. The police are requesting that anyone with information contact the Nicosia Criminal Investigation Department at 22-802222, the nearest police station, or the Citizens' Line at 1460.
