Limassol developer Square One launches 200 million euro real estate fund

Square One Property Developers, a real estate firm based in Limassol, has announced plans to raise a 200 million euro opportunistic fund targeting a 25 percent net internal rate of return. Founded in 2021, the company has completed 25,000 square meters of residential property across 11 fully sold projects. The firm has recorded transactions totaling between 110 and 111 million euros involving 398 units. Its current active project pipeline consists of 15 developments valued at over 200 million euros. The integrated platform provides development, architecture, sales, legal, and management services to international investors. The leadership team includes Managing Director Demetris Papadopoulos, Commercial Director Antonis Costa, Operations Director Nikitas Papadopoulos, and Technical Director Sotiris Pavlides. The firm also operates MovingDoors, a proprietary rental management platform.
